Mike O'Donnell
Mike O'Donnell is Senior Vice President of Sterling Aviation Insurance Services, LLC reporting directly to the President. Mr. O'Donnell has been successfully practicing in the aviation insurance industry since 2002. Mr. O'Donnell's prior experience includes Branch Manager for NationAir Insurance Agencies overseeing both the Los Angles and Atlanta offices. Mr. O'Donnell was responsible for the respective offices budgeting and staff operations, client management, new business acquisition and product development.
Additionally Mr. O'Donnell served as Vice President for Marsh within the aviation practice group and was responsible for developing risk management solutions for numerous corporate 100 and 500 flight departments as well as larger commercial and ground handling accounts.
Most recently Mr. O'Donnell was Vice President for Aviation Insurance Services of Florida prior to the company being sold in December of 2010.
Mr. O'Donnell has specific expertise in larger commercial rotor-wing accounts, including those operating equipment under government contract in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as fixed wing commercial risks and ground handler operations.
Mr. O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Human Factors Psychology with an additional concentration in Aviation Business Management.
